Stephanie Bikcen, Certifed Occupational Therapy Assistant

Stephanie attended the University of South Carolina and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education in 2011. She later earned an Associate in Applied Science degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant from Trident Technical College. She completed her fieldwork in 2023.

While Stephanie is new to the Occupational Therapy profession, she was a nanny for 6 years and taught kindergarten for 4 years! Stephanie says, “I enjoy being a pediatric therapist because I love using creativity and play to help children grow to their full potential. I love collaborating with and supporting the whole family to help them thrive and succeed.” Stephanie shares that “after completing her fieldwork rotation with Sprout Pediatrics, she fell in love with the work environment. Everyone is supportive, encouraging, and works together for the betterment of the children.”

Stephanie loves playing with her dog Harvey and spending time with her friends and family. She enjoys crocheting, cross-stitching, and other crafting activities. She also volunteers with the children’s ministry at her church, Midtown Fellowship.
