She loves to collaborate with caregivers and other medical professionals to ensure the child is receiving the most specific and individual treatment for them. There is something truly special about working with children in their natural environment and seeing their growth along the way.

Darby says, Sprout Pediatrics provides the best treatment intervention for all children. With highly skilled and experienced physical, occupational, and speech therapists, there is no better place to grow her skills as a clinician. Everyone on the Sprout team is dedicated to their patients and each other, making the work culture so fun to be a part of.

Darby is married to Noah, and they have one large goldendoodle named Leo! She enjoys spending time with her husband, reading, being active outdoors, and traveling to new places.
