Hannah Jacobs, PTA

Hannah completed, with Honors, her Associate of Science – Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Midlands Technical College in December 2023.  We are thrilled to have Hannah join the team after getting to know her through one of her rotations with us at Sprout.

Hannah shares that “being a pediatric therapist is the most rewarding job! Knowing I can help make a difference in these kids’ lives brings so much joy! It is so special to watch the kids and families get excited when a goal is met.”  She also shares that during her “8-week clinical rotation as a student, I fell in love with Sprout Pediatrics.  They are truly a big family and care so much for all of their patients and their families.  I am so excited to join the Sprout family!”

Recently married, Hannah and Caleb live in the midlands of South Carolina and enjoy spending time outside on the lake or at the beach.  They love being with friends and family.
