Phyllis Smith

Phyllis is the Chief Financial Officer at Sprout Pediatrics. She comes with many years of bookkeeping and office management skills.  Phyllis thrives in an environment where she can create systems and processes for efficient workflow. Phyllis oversees administrative tasks from insurance billing to payroll including other administrative personnel.

When Phyllis decided to make a career change, she felt God would use her in a new way…to impact lives more meaningfully.  She shared that she loves the fact that everyone has such a BIG heart to help all the children become all they have the potential to be. “Everyone I work with loves what they do. I love being a part of our team by helping facilitate our success on the administrative side.”

Phyllis has been married to Scott for over 40 years. They have two children that are both married, and 6 grandchildren that all enjoy many outdoor activities.  She enjoys spending time with the family, horseback riding, camping, kayaking, riding bikes, and sewing. She also enjoys helping others in any way she can!
